TikDow is provided strictly for personal, non-commercial use. You agree that you will only use the Service to download publicly available TikTok content for your own private, offline viewing. You may not use TikDown to:

Download content for redistribution, re-upload, broadcast, or public display on any platform.
Download content for commercial purposes, including advertising, brand promotion, or any monetised use.
Download content with the intent to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of creators or rights holders.
